Plastic Cutting & Engraving Technology

Our Lasers produce a wide array of Parts from Synthetic Materials such as Mylar, Acrylic, Delrin, Poly types, ABS, PE, PP, silicone, rubber, and foam.  We work with a range of industries with custom capabilities to suit our client’s needs and specifications. We have the ability to laser cut and engrave single, multiple, or laminated sheets of material in one process.  Our goal is to efficiency while being cost-effective.

Holding Tolerance is critical, our lasers are precise and repeatable.

We have different types of laser cutting and marking processes, the proper selection is based on the material type and requirements.

No production requirement is too large or too small! We produce both long & short running jobs.

With over 30 years of experience, we will create innovative tooling and processes to add value to our customer’s products.  Our focus is on quality and customer service and our business prides itself on honesty and transparency.

ABS

Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) is an opaque thermoplastic and amorphous polymer. “Thermoplastic” (as opposed to “thermoset”) refers to the way the material responds to heat. Thermoplastics become liquid (i.e. have a “glass transition”) at a certain temperature (221 degrees Fahrenheit in the case of ABS plastic).

PETG

Polyethylene terephthalate glycol, commonly known as PETG or PET-G, is a thermoplastic polyester that provides significant chemical resistance, durability, and excellent formability for manufacturing. PETG can be easily vacuumed and pressure-formed as well as heat-bent thanks to its low forming temperatures.
